Braes opened with a simple idea: a bar where you never miss a kick-off, and never have a bad meal while you’re at it. Eighteen screens mean every fixture that matters gets shown, sound on for the big one, every other match on somewhere in the room.
Off the pitch, the kitchen turns out modern bar classics done properly, and the weekend brunch has become the thing regulars build their Saturday around.
